Intentions matter

I’ve been looking back on everything I accomplished in 2022 and am so glad that I am a planner/journal girl, because I did A LOT OF STUFF and it's so cool to look back on and do a little celebration dance. 

I am also thinking about what I want to put out there for 2023... and it is so true, whatever you think about the most, shows up in your planning and your results...or lack of. 

When I write things down, think positively about the steps in the journey to get the result, they get done, when I play the wishful maybe game with myself, that's where it stays, in wishful maybe land. And when I worry too much about the outcome, my vision gets very narrow and I miss so many great things happening in the big picture of life. 

Dream, wish, think and plan but keep your eyes up and look at what this beautiful world is co-creating with you, for you, around you.
